Non-NHS Services

Various non-NHS services attract a fee, examples include; employment medicals, private sick notes and private insurance forms.

Our list of non NHS fees is as follows: 

• Private sick note for employer £15
• Taxi/HGV medical £100.00

Any other requests for non NHS work are at the discretion of the Doctor and will incur a fee if agreed to do.
